RETURN POLICY:
30-days Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

– For defective products or sending wrong products: we will be liable for this return shipping cost.
– For customer remorse, purchased the wrong product or customer don’t want the items: Customer will pay the actual cost of return shipping.
1. Return conditions
Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
- The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
- Other mistakes caused by us…
2. Return procedure
- You must submit a request for a return within 30 days after you receive your goods.
- After the 30 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned prior to submitting your request those goods are considered forfeit.
- Send 01 email to us in the mailbox: [email protected] with the subject “Request exchange or refund” and content describing the problem of the product.
- Returns can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.
- The package should be returned to our processing warehouse at: 4700 Toland Way, Los Angeles, CA 90042

Refund are handled on a case by case basis. Refund of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
- The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

- If you are qualified for refund conditions, you can also ask for a refund within 24 hours from the time your order has been recorded. Send 01 email to us in the mailbox: [email protected] with the subject “Request exchange or refund” and content is describe the problem of the product, please show your order id so we can support you with it.
- Your refund request will be processed in 24 hours basis. Your credit will be shown on your balance following the below criteria:
- For Credit cards, it will take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your balance sheet
- After above time frame, if you still see the refund amount unavailable on your balance sheet, please contact us, or by emailing us at support@bigbestgift.com.
